YOUR ROLE AS A PATIENT CARE MANAGER This full-time clinic position works Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM , so you always have nights and weekends off ! As a Patient Care Manager, you are tasked with managing patient care and our employees. This includes tracking patient referrals, scheduling appointments, and overseeing customer service. In addition, you are responsible for managing staff schedules and time off requests, ensuring that our clinic team is operating smoothly and efficiently. You also have the opportunity to work on various projects, allowing you to use your creativity and problem-solving skills to enhance our patient care services. You love ensuring our patients receive world-class healthcare and take pride in helping our clinic function properly! WHAT MATTERS MOST FOR A PATIENT CARE MANAGER Strong communication skills Organizational skills Great time management Experience in the medical field is preferred. Experience in a leadership role would be a plus.
