We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional Senior recruitment consultant who will have a focus on startups within the US. If you pride yourself on your transparency, dedication and drive to succeed then you are the right person for us. What is the job? Youll join a team of fantastic consultants and specialise in startups within the US. Youll work with diverse customers across the usual areas of tech advancement as well as help the existing customer base in the UK. Youll get the chance to work with some exciting companies and pay a pivotal part in their and our growth. Your skills/experience: Previous experience within recruitment Technology or sales background Proficient in permanent recruitment within the financial sector A strong billings history Bonus: Experience working within a recruitment agency would be advantageous What we offer: Up to £35,000 basic salary depending on experience Realistic year 1 OTE £75k+ in year 1, rising to £100k+ in year 2 as you gain more market experience Commission scheme of up to 30% 22 days annual leave, plus public holidays Quarterly salary reviews Annual bonus scheme Continual training and development program Monthly incentives (including vouchers, time off and team lunches) Team activities/social events Early finish on a Friday Please note: Talent Chief is a recruitment agency acting on behalf of another recruitment agency.
