Manager Pharmacovigilance Alliance Contracting Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Manager, Pharmacovigilance (PV) Alliance Contracting located within commutable distance of High Wycombe, UK, Raritan, New Jersey, US or J&J offices in Sweden, Brazil, Netherlands or Belgium. Remote work options may be considered in other locations on a case-by-case basis, and if approved by the company. This role will report to the Director, Pharmacovigilance Alliance Contracting who in turn reports to the Senior Director, Alliance & External Affairs. Together, we are part of PV Operations Sector Liaison. The Manager of Pharmacovigilance (PV) Alliance Contracting (PAC) leads the Global Medical Organization (GMO) in negotiating, managing contracts, and overseeing the operational maintenance of 3rd Party medical Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs). In collaboration with the leadership of GMO functional lines, they drive relevant planning, execution, and governance of PVAs in partnership with PV Legal. The Manager (PAC) is responsible for aligning with Business Development regarding the overall delivery of quality licensing agreement deliverables and participating in due diligence efforts. Additionally, they contribute to PVA process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Leads the PVA and New Business Integration/Divestment process: Responsible for monitoring the Alliance contract and escalating as appropriate for contractual issues. PVA development - own end-to-end process of development, execution, maintenance, and termination (when applicable) of PVAs and associated deliverables.
