My client, a well-established property investment and development firm with an excess of 1000 residential and commercial properties, are currently seeking a Commercial Property Administrator to join their Commercial Property Management team in London. You will be working very closely with Commercial Property Managers allocated to a selection of 850 + properties, providing hands on administrative support and serving as point of contact between tenants and contractors. You will be working very closely with Commercial Property Managers allocated to a selection of 850 + properties, providing hands on administrative support and serving as point of contact between tenants and contractors. Duties Assist with the day-to-day running of the Commercial department in all aspects of FM/PM property portfolios Raise PO’s for all commercial repairs which are instructed as well as overseeing the works to completion and obtain quotes from contractors Work alongside all commercial property managers and various departments i. e. lettings, residential, service charge and legal. Carry out site inspections, oversee the health and safety compliancy of commercial department and report any issues Create reports and send compliancy statistics to the commercial property managers Send contractor invoices to the accounts department Support the Commercial Property Managers with diary and meeting management Requirements Experience as a residential property administrator or commercial property administrator Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy Excellent team player and problem solving capabilities Thorough, methodical and highly organised Good IT skills Microsoft.
