Your opportunity: Reporting to the Director, Program Services and Student Life, the Associate Director, Program Services will be responsible to manage the Specialized side of programs. The portfolios under the Specialized Programs are Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting, Master of Finance, Master of Financial Risk Management & Master of Management Analytics. This position is responsible for the development and delivery of services supporting students and instructors within Specialized Programs fostering strong relationships among the Specialized Programs staff, students, faculty and the general university community. The Associate Director is responsible for both student and academic services for the assigned program(s) and contributes to the leadership of the Specialized Programs operations overall through activities such as strategic planning, program and event development, feedback sessions and communications. With senior responsibility for liaising with students and instructors, the incumbent focuses on the integration of the Rotman School of Management’s academic mission with the services provided by the office.
