We are seeking dedicated and experienced Security Guards to join our team in Ottawa. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. If you have a background in security and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you. The Day to Day: Provide a visual presense and monitor premises to ensure the safety of personnel and property. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action. Perform access control, checking credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises. Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients and visitors when needed. Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents and activities. What You'll Bring: Valid Security Guard License in Ontario. At least one year of experience as a Security Guard. Previous Retail security experience is an asset Use of Force Training is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Strong attention to detail and observation skills. Able to stand for extended periods.
