This includes caring for vulnerable adults with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, acquired brain injuries, and other related disabilities resulting from stroke or an accident. The ideal Team Leader must hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to complete the qualification within 12 months.
