Responsible for the sales & operations planning process for Depuy Synthes Joints Reconstruction and Power Tools. Responsible for providing leadership and driving alignment throughout all supply chain functions to meet business objectives Main duties & responsibilities IBP Management & Development Management and governance of the Global IBP Process for De Puy Synthes Joint Reconstruction and Power Tools. Manage a team of IBP professionals responsible for performance communication, core IBP, plan analytics and Demand Planning as well as regional integration meetings. Develop the maturity and standardization of IBP processes globally. Develop IBP maturity to deliver significant long-term improvements and efficient business decision making across both regional and global reviews in line with the overarching One Med Tec standard. Connect with regional and global leaders and teams to improve supply chain efficiency and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability, mentor and leadership.
