Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of Specialists to design performance-driven learning solutions. It is accountable for L&D workflow management and ensuring overall solution quality, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of training programs and updating them as necessary Prioritize and organize the design and development of all leadership, operational, technical training and performance support initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer support as required Oversee and/or conduct the development of tools and processes to evaluate and backss the delivery and effectiveness of all solutions Contribute to the L&D Management team to leverage learning solutions, while ensuring alignment to business priorities and preventing duplication Lead special projects, through subject matter experts and/or client group Ensure all solutions support TJX Canada's culture, Leadership Competencies and Cultural Factors, applicable operating procedures and compliance.
